I specialise in the IBM webMethods suite — API Gateway, Integration Server, Micro Service Runtime, and Universal Messaging — with deep experience in cloud-native modernisation and AI-powered automation for clients across pharmaceutical, insurance, financial services, and semiconductor manufacturing.
At IBM, I recently led the full-stack modernisation of webMethods API Gateway 10.15 — migrating from legacy VMs to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) with zero-downtime CI/CD pipelines. For a major pharmaceutical client, I architected an enterprise API management platform with AI-powered RAG chatbots featuring custom image preprocessing pipelines, achieving 95% query accuracy at 100K+ monthly interactions.
